Directions

The First in Church Malden is located at 184 Pleasant Street, Malden, which is next to Malden City Hall and near the MBTA Orange Line Malden Center station.

By public transportation:

Take the MBTA Orange Line to Malden Center station. Or take any of the MBTA Malden Center bus routes to the station. Exit the station on the side toward City Hall. Cross Florence Street and walk up Exchange Street one short block. The back of the church is on Exchange Street. You may walk up the brick steps along the side of the church or walk up Abbott Street to Pleasant Street. (Or take the shortcut alongside City Hall to Pleasant Street.)

By car:

From Route 60-Centre Street turn onto Main Street and then Pleasant Street. Or take Florence Street to Exchange Street to Abbott Street to Pleasant Street. Notice that this section of Pleasant Street is a one-way street that stops at Malden City Hall. Follow Pleasant Street to the end. See Google Maps for a detailed map and directions.

Parking:

First-time visitors may park in front of the church on Pleasant Street. Parking is available in the nearby Florence Street parking lot. We validate for free parking for church activities!
